Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of US Stock Screener (the “Service”), operated by Daiki Yamaguchi, an individual sole proprietor based in Japan(the “Operator,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
No investment advice
US Stock Screener provides general, end-of-day market information and tools on a uniform basis to all users. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or to adopt any investment strategy. The Service does not account for your personal financial situation or objectives. All data, scores, screens, and research notes are for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. Trading securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
1. The Service
The Service offers a market dashboard, relative-strength views, a stock screener, and periodic research notes derived from end-of-day data. Features, data sources, and coverage may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You sign in through a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. We may offer a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change prices on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our consent;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its security;
- share your account or access credentials with others; or
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, content, and research notes, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes while your subscription is active. Market data may be subject to the terms of third-party data providers.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the data or any results obtained from the Service are accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
